DIRECTOR, PRODUCER
Sara Archambault is the Director of the Documentary Film in the Public Interest initiative at Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy and an independent producer dedicated to impactful nonfiction storytelling. Recent producing credits include RIOTSVILLE, USA (Sundance, Magnolia Pictures); Truth or Consequences(Rotterdam, Grasshopper), A DECENT HOME (Denver Film Festival, America Reframed) and RICHLAND (Cinema Guild). She has an extensive professional history in programming and foundation work, including 10 years as Program Director at the LEF Foundation, and 9 years as Founder/Programmer of the Brattle's The DocYard. Sara's award-winning films have screened in festivals around the world and received support from Sundance Film Institute, Ford Foundation, Perspective Fund, SFFILM, Catapult Film Fund, and the International Documentary Association among others. Sara was a 2024 Rockwood/Ford Fellow, a 2020 Impact Partners Producing Fellow, a 2013 Sundance Creative Producers Lab Fellow and was named the 2020 SF DocFest Vanguard Awardee. She is a member of the Documentary Producers Alliance and a board member of the IRL Movie Club. A resident of Providence, RI, she is mother to two incredible children, partner to a tireless public school teacher, and loves to going to the movies by herself.
SARA ARCHAMBAULT

Margo Guernsey (she/her) is a documentary Director/Producer, impact strategist, and founder of Time Travel Productions LLC. Her films include Councilwoman (America ReFramed 2019), No Time To Fail (America Reframed 2023), The Philadelphia Eleven (impact distribution 2023 - 2024 topping 500 screenings, American Public Television 2025), and THE OFFICIALS (TIME Studios, 2024). Prior to film, Margo worked as a union organizer, non-profit development director, and Spanish/English translator. Margo’s work has received support from Chicken & Egg Pictures, ITVS, Catapult Film Fund, GoodPitch, Perspective Fund, Ford Foundation, Surdna Foundation, and LEF Moving Image Fund among others; and she was a Film Independent Fast Track Fellow. She speaks both Spanish and English and holds an MFA in Film (University of Miami), an MA in History (UMass Amherst), and a BA in History (Brown University). Margo teaches producing as affiliated faculty at Emerson College and is a member of the Documentary Producers Alliance and Global Impact Producers Alliance.
